For years, I struggled with working hard, doing great work, and not getting the results or promotions I wanted. No training helped me understand what I needed to do differently. Since then, I was able to navigate into great talent management roles where I worked behind the scenes and learned how executives think about talent. Now, with a rich background in executive coaching and a passion for nurturing talent, I established BOLDwaze to provide individuals with the tools and insights necessary to navigate the complexities of today's corporate landscape.
